Terms and Conditions

Once you return the sleep questionnaire to me you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions

For Online sleep consultation packages with zoom call or email support, payment is due on the day we have the initial video consultation.

If I come to your home, payment is due by bank transfer that day, I’ll send you my bank details via email or you can pay me during my visit if you prefer to pay in cash.

There is a £50 deposit payable in advance for home visits, per night booked. This is to secure your booking and to cover time already spent arranging the appointment in case of cancellation. If you have to cancel and rebook due to illness I will carry your deposit over to the new booking. 

It is your responsibility to make sure that your child is well before we start and that they have no health issues that could be adversely affected. Please speak to your health visitor or doctor if you have any concerns.


For email support please email before 4pm  Monday to Friday and before 12 noon on a Saturday if you'd like a response the same day. If you'd like weekend support please let me know and we'll discuss your needs and prices. 

Video consultations are subject to availability but I'll always try to offer you a same day appointment if you'd like it. Let me know as soon as possible during the day if you'd like to speak to me, I have evening appointments available. 

This goes without saying but if I’m due to visit your home please tell me via email as soon as you can if you or anyone in your house becomes unwell. Unfortunately, if I arrive and someone is showing covid symptoms I will have to leave immediately, and payment will be due.
