Terms and Conditions

Once you return the sleep questionnaire to me you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions

For Online sleep training with video call or email support, payment is due on the day we have the initial video consultation.

If I come to your home, payment is due by bank transfer that day, I’ll send you my bank details via email or you can pay me during my visit if you prefer to pay in cash.

There is a £50 deposit payable in advance for home visits, per night booked. This is to secure your booking and to cover time already spent arranging the sleep training in case of cancellation. If you have to cancel and rebook due to illness I will carry your deposit over to the new booking. 

It is your responsibility to make sure that your child is well before the sleep training starts and that they have no health issues that could be adversely affected. Please speak to your health visitor or doctor if you have any concerns.


For the 3 weeks of email support please email before 4pm  Monday to Friday and before 12 noon on a Saturday if you'd like a response the same day. In order to have a healthy work-life balance I don't answer emails on a Saturday afternoon, Sunday or Bank Holiday. 

Video consultations are subject to availability but I'll always offer you a same day appointment if you'd like it. 

This goes without saying but if I’m due to visit your home please tell me via email as soon as you can if you or anyone in your house becomes unwell. Unfortunately, if I arrive and someone is showing covid symptoms I will have to leave immediately, and payment will be due.
