One Nights Professional Sleep Training in your home with four weeks follow up support £350

Service Description

For home visits I work in Kent and South East London. Please contact me to find out availability in your area.  We'll have an initial phone consultation to discuss your little ones sleep and talk about the sleep coaching, then arrange a date for me to come to your home. I'll arrive before your little ones bedtime and we can discuss the sleep coaching. Then you can either shadow me and I'll show you the methods used to teach your little one to sleep, or I can carry out the sleep coaching while you get some rest. I'll carry on the sleep coaching throughout the night and leave at 6.30am. I promise you that I will always be kind to your little one. I will then email you your child's Sleep Plan and you can check in with me regularly via email. If you need any extra support we can arrange another chat. My aim is to support you so that you understand your little ones sleep and how to get them sleeping through the night.  One night with ongoing support £350 (£50 in advance to secure the booking) If you'd like me to complete the sleep coaching you can book me for up to 5 nights, extra nights are charged at £350 a night. Most sleep coaching takes 3-4 nights to complete, although we can take it slower than that if you prefer. I can take over from you at night so that you can rest and then support you in the following weeks via email, in case you need any support.  Please contact me for availability.  Coronavirus  If I come to your house I'll social distance from you and your family as much as possible, and I'm happy to wear a mask and gloves. I have had both covid vaccinations and the booster.
