Service Description

If you'd like to get solutions for your little ones sleep problems you can book a one off zoom call with me. Before our call I'll send you a sleep questionnaire to fill in so that I can tailor the advice I give to your specific needs, and to make the most of our consultation time.  During our consultation I'll tell you everything you need to know to successfully sleep coach your little one, including any changes to your little one's bedtime routine and what to do in the night when they wake. This consultation can cover whatever sleep problems you need help with.  You might want to have a pen and paper handy to make notes during our chat.  Video consultation for up to one hour £65
